1. Who we are

EtherVault is a brand and venture of Apeiron Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U31909KA2016PTC096370), #B12, ITI Ancillary Estate, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “EtherVault” mean Apeiron Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

We are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through ethervault.in, as defined in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data your browser shares with any website.

• Product enquiries and call requests: name, company, phone, email, city, your requirement (e.g. product, volume, application) and any message.
• Supplier submissions: name, company, phone, email, location, product categories, website link, product details and any catalogue you upload.
• Job applications: name, phone, email, city, area of interest, experience, LinkedIn or portfolio link, your message and the résumé you upload.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: anything you share when you contact us directly.
• Technical data: the page a form was sent from and the time taken to fill it (used only to block spam). Our web host and font provider may log your IP address and browser type, as all websites do.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange samples or calls, and supply products and support.
• To evaluate suppliers and contact you about purchasing.
• To assess job applications and contact you about roles at EtherVault or Apeiron Mobility.
• To keep the website secure and filter spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Your consent

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to us processing your data for the purpose you contacted us about. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, but we may no longer be able to respond to your request.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, under confidentiality terms:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive): stores form submissions, uploaded files and emails.
• Our website hosting provider: serves this website.
• Google Fonts: delivers the fonts used on this site.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Apeiron Mobility group teams, where needed to respond to you (for example, a job application for an Apeiron Mobility role).

We may also disclose data where required by law or a lawful order of a government authority or court.

6. Where your data is stored

Our service providers may store or process data on servers outside India. Where they do, we rely on providers with strong security practices, and transfers are made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and customer records: for as long as we have a business relationship, and up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if tax or legal rules require.
• Supplier submissions: up to 3 years after our last contact.
• Job applications and résumés: up to 2 years, so we can consider you for future roles. Ask us anytime to delete yours sooner.

After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

8. How we protect it

Form data is sent over encrypted HTTPS and stored in access-restricted Google Workspace accounts. Uploaded files are kept in a private company drive, visible only to authorised staff. Our forms filter spam and limit repeated submissions. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable safeguards, as the DPDP Act requires, and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India if a personal data breach affects you.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it;
• withdraw consent;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and apeironmobility.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
